Every Pawlace piece is a needle felted wool sculpture, made by hand from your photos. Here’s what happens from order to delivery.

Step 1: Choose and Share Photos

Pick a Head Portrait, Half Body Portrait or Charm and your size, then upload your photos in the order form. Front, side and back views help us capture every detail.

Step 2: We Felt by Hand

Your artist builds your pet in layers of wool, matching their markings, ears and coat. Framed portraits take 6 to 8 weeks and charms 3 to 5 weeks.

Step 3: Approve the Preview

Before anything ships, we send you photos of the finished piece. Revisions are free and unlimited until you approve.

Step 4: Delivered to You

Shipping is free and tracked within the US, and arrives in 3 to 5 business days.
