At Pawlace, every piece is handcrafted to last. With the right care, your pet’s jewelry, apparel, and keepsakes will stay beautiful for years to come. Below you’ll find care instructions specific to each product category.

Jewelry (Necklaces & Charms)

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear to remove dirt and oils. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and harsh chemicals, which can dull finishes and loosen delicate settings over time. Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, when not in use. Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, or rough outdoor play.

Apparel (Dresses & Outfits)

Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not use the washing machine or dryer, as this can damage embellishments, stitching, and fabric shape. Lay flat to dry, away from direct heat or sunlight. Iron on a low setting only if necessary, avoiding any beaded or embroidered areas.

Collars & Harnesses

Wipe down with a slightly damp cloth as needed. Allow to air dry fully before use. For leather pieces, avoid prolonged exposure to water and apply a leather conditioner occasionally to keep the material supple.

Perfume

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Shake gently before each use. Apply lightly to your pet’s coat or bedding — a little goes a long way. Avoid direct contact with eyes, nose, or mouth.

Custom Pet Clones

Spot clean only, using a slightly damp cloth. Do not machine wash or submerge in water. Keep out of direct sunlight for extended periods to preserve color and detail. Store somewhere dry and dust-free when not on display.

General Care Tips

• Remove all jewelry and apparel before your pet swims, bathes, or plays roughly outdoors
• Check clasps, closures, and stitching periodically for wear
• Store pieces separately to avoid tangling or scratching
